How are we up to 16 chapters?! Madness!
So as we stand:
Maddy has become suspicious of Harley’s motives towards Jack, after overhearing a conversation with a unknown, metal legged person in his office. But she has a shiny new gun, and she’s not afraid to use it!
Jack is still dealing with his nightmares, his generator and the bad blood between him and Harley’s younger brother. Confiding in Lettie does nothing, all she does is squee over him and Maddy.
Alfie is trying to rope Braeger into bringing down Harley’s bar, how’s he going to manage that? Braeger doesn’t seem too eager..
Hunter has arrived in the city and is hiding in the slums. Will he find a place out of the way, or become Hazer chow?
Mayfax has slipped up, and Eva has fallen out of his reach thanks to Robert’s bleeding heart. What will he do, and where will Eva end up?
